As a former Chief Executive, I understand firsthand the challenges of leading through uncertainty, driving transformational change, and building high-performing teams. Leadership is not defined by titles, it’s about clarity, resilience, and the ability to empower others. That belief led me to establish Sertori Consulting, where I equip leaders with the confidence, strategic insight, and emotional intelligence needed to create lasting change.
My approach blends research-backed frameworks with real-world experience, ensuring leaders not only gain knowledge, they develop the mindset and skills to lead authentically. As an Accredited Executive Coach and certified facilitator, I hold a Master of Leadership from Deakin University, alongside qualifications from Melbourne Business School, the University of Melbourne, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
I am deeply passionate about fostering emotionally intelligent leadership and strengthening team dynamics through collaboration and co-design. I work closely with emerging executives to enhance governance skills, drive sustainable transformation, and step into roles of greater influence.
Since 2019, I have also served as an Associate of the University of Melbourne’s Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences, as well as Business and Economics, since 2019. I collaborate extensively with high-potential leaders, guiding them through career transitions, leadership presence, and strategic decision-making.
Whether coaching executives, facilitating leadership programs, or guiding teams through change, my goal remains the same: to create spaces of belonging, connection, and growth. My multi-faceted career has spanned many creative disciplines as a performer, producer, copywriter, curriculum designer and marketer, all leveraging storytelling to connect, engage and inspire action. Whether I’m crafting compelling brand narratives, facilitating transformative workshops, or guiding leaders to drive meaningful community change, my mission remains the same: to help people harness the power of storytelling.
I have presented in classrooms, boardrooms, and government spaces, always grounded in the belief that leadership begins with genuine human connection. As a classically trained singer and actor, I know that communication is more than words, it’s presence, energy, and the ability to truly engage. I help others develop these skills so they can command attention, lead with authenticity, and influence with purpose.
My facilitation style is warm, dynamic, and participatory, creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, express, and evolve. I’m fuelled by bold ideas that challenge, innovate, and surprise, because real growth comes from stepping beyond what’s comfortable.
